2nd Level Is Up

Wow! I havn't had a chance to go out there all week because it's been so dark when I got home but I went out there today (2/9/07) and was surprised to see the second level is complete! I spoke with PM Levi today and he said that the trusses should go up on Tuesday (if the weather complies...unfortunately, the weather man is calling for snow).

A few more

I went out there again on 2/4 just to take another peak! :) I noticed that the windows in the Ryan Homes seem nicer than the "competition." Notice how the Ryan Homes have the row of mini-windows above the window and the competition is just plain. Just a small detail that I noticed....

(notice the plain windows) (and our windows have a bit more oomph!)

1st Level Done, Onto the 2nd

Sunny Skies in Woodbridge

We are having some beautiful (but cold) weather here in Woodbridge today. I decided to ride out just to see the progress of my home in the bright sunshine! :) Here are a few photos...

Walls Begin...

On Feb 2, 2007, I noticed that the front wall to our house is up (Hard to see in this photo but notice that Building I is in the background)

Notice that the first building is really going well!

Here's the Leyland....the recently dropped the price from $415k to $399k.

Party Walls Are Up

The party walls are up!! And that's reason enough to party!! :)

The first building is coming along well and nearly has the entire three levels of border walls up!

Construction Begins

On Jan 20, 2007, construction had begun on our home! Plus, the new Potomac Club Clubhouse is now under one roof!
