Windows Installed

Today, 02/17/2007, they installed our windows and outside doors. The roof was supposed to go on Tuesday but due to the ice-storm that hit the area, conditions were not favorable for putting the roof on.

I'm a bit jealous of the end-unit homeowners...they get a few more windows than we do! ;) Each one is a little different:

3rd Level is Up

They are moving right along this weekend. I went out Saturday (2/10/07) morning just in time to watch them put the 3rd level side (both front and back) on our house. I went back later and saw the whole building had the 3rd level walls up! Nice!

2nd Level Is Up

Wow! I havn't had a chance to go out there all week because it's been so dark when I got home but I went out there today (2/9/07) and was surprised to see the second level is complete! I spoke with PM Levi today and he said that the trusses should go up on Tuesday (if the weather complies...unfortunately, the weather man is calling for snow).

A few more

I went out there again on 2/4 just to take another peak! :) I noticed that the windows in the Ryan Homes seem nicer than the "competition." Notice how the Ryan Homes have the row of mini-windows above the window and the competition is just plain. Just a small detail that I noticed....
