Potomac Club Inglewood Updates

A reliable source reported the following informatoin:

I believe there are only 18 Inglewoods left now! Ryan Homes may be buying more lots in a future section but I believe the builder is still in negotiations with the developer, however, I do not know if they are planning Inglewoods or more condos or a different floorplan entirely. Ryan Homes did take their base up on the Inglewood and are not paying HOA fees and only 6K towards closing and our sales have been steady. In April we had 11 sales which was fantastic...mostly Inglewoods and in May only three sales but two were Inglewoods. We have one sale so far this month and it was an Inglewood.

We are so excited for Wegmans too! We are hoping that is really going to increase our traffic and thus sales. Also, there is a new website you can check out if you haven't already that has info on the new town center. It will be open spring 2010. Check it out at http://www.roadsidedevelopment.com/portfolio.php?id=1

This is the new developer for the town center. It looks amazing...500,000 square feet of office space a 40,000 square foot full service health club and spa and over 55 lifestyle retail stores and boutiques plus full service restaurants are listed. It also has some great info on the demographics of Prince William County and how much the income and population levels have changed.

New Guest Room / Play Room ?

Well, Renee finally convinced me to add a second guest room to our house. This is going to be more like a guest/fun room (only she doesn't know it yet). We purchased a "daybed" from Ikea (still has to be put together) with some WILD colors. I plan to put a flat panel HDTV in the room and a Wii Fit exercise mat! :) The DayBed converts to a KING SIZE bed! Now isn't that swanky! You're welcome to come and stay a few daus (but don't get too comfy...a few days and you'll be getting the boot! -- j/k)

07/14/08 -- I just snapped a quick picture. Obviously there is still a lot to do in this room but at least we have a bed! ;)

Potomac Club Phase II

Did you know that there is going to be a Potomac Club Phase II? Well, neither did most of the residents at Potomac Club. Kettler failed to advise the residents until we had forked over a HUGE amount of money! Fairfield Residential is the developer. They will be building "garden style" apartment homes.
